“We really enjoyed our experience with Edgewater CrossFit so far! All of the coaches are wonderful to work with and are really nice and helpful. This was our first time doing CrossFit and the classes were challenging and pushed us to our limits. We are happy with the progress that we’ve made so far. The other people in the classes are fun to workout with and get to know. We would recommend giving it a try to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or try CrossFit!”

“We went and got signed up tonight, very busy at the ymca as basketball is going on. I wanted to take home the staff! Literally so kind and knowledgeable. My 2 year old son has never been in a daycare, and I was beyond worried he’d freak in the child care. He did amazing, and only cried when I came to pick him up 🤣 there was a lot going on and we came in late, and the front desk ladies still took their time and gave us a full tour. I’m feel lucky! Beautiful gym!”
