“It's a great gym, great people run the classes and we appreciate that they participate with Silver Sneakers. The downside is if you don't sign up exactly 48 hours in advance via the Internet, you don't get into a class because the space is too small. If you're not computer savvy or unable to sign up exactly 48 hours in advance, you lose out. ☹️”

“Workout and lounge were fine. Showers were nasty yesterday with lots if clumps of hair in and around the showers. That was gone today, but shower curtain, control handle and walls are covered with soap scum. Shower floor needs a good scouring as well. Love the lounge area.”

“Outstanding locally owned gym with a friendly atmosphere! Journey Fitness features diverse equipment—free weights, kettlebells, squat racks, and traditional machines—clean showers, good monthly rates, personal training and sauna also available. The owners, Rich and Mary Boyd, are very helpful and hospitable—a tremendous blessing to the NSB community.Overall, if you’re tired of Planet Fitness, you’ll have an excellent experience at Journey Fitness Center in NSB. Highly recommend!!”
