Brought my engagement ring here because 2 prongs were bent. They did a great job. Plan on going back to get it resized soon.

I was able to get links removed from my new watch for 1/4 the price I was quoted by jewelry stores up at the mall. I walked in and waited while the service was completed. The staff was polite and friendly. I will definitely use them again for battery replacement when the time comes.

Custom ordered a ring from them, but I shipped out before it got in. Contacted them and explained my situation and they shipped it next day to my desired location. Great selection and fantastic customer service. 5/5
