Very rude and condescending not only to me but other customers in line. Drive thru ATM will take your money and not in the right way. Banking with Wells Fargo since 1998. By far the worst treatment I have received yet.

I’m not sure why all of the drive-through lanes are closed on a Friday afternoon. There isn’t usually a lot of traffic here…,Update: drive through was closed for a week, has since reopened.

I experienced issues with my out of town credit union. The Wells Fargo manager Mr Johnson and cashier provided excellent assistance and customer service. Their assistant and follow up was of great assistance. I’m retired veteran and senior citizen Thanks for the awesome customer service Best I’ve experienced

Front ATM never works back ATM never Works I will be removing all of my money out of this bank and moving immediately I mean seriously what type of bank doesn't let you cash your own check

I've never walked through the doors of this bank and very seldom do I walk into a lobby of any bank being most of my personal transactions I do online or at a walk up ATM - with the invention of the smart phone I don't see a reason to interact with a bank in person, I can make deposits with my phone and if there ever comes a day this phone starts dispensing cash I doubt I'd ever pull into their parking lots again. There are a few reasons I like this bank and it has little to do with this particular location - "Wells Fargo Bank ATM's dispenses large bills" it's ridiculous that most banks don't, I mean who wants to pack around a thousand bucks in twenty dollar notes. I know my bank must hate these guys since they have to reimburse me for any ATM fees WFB charges me, it's seem like that would be enough justification to follow their lead - until that time comes I will continue to push "yes I want to continue the transaction" no matter what the fee is...

I moved to Edgewater FL in march then COVID shut the world down. They will not cash my check because I don't have a credit card or a birth certificate says i need a Florida license. I tried giving them my SS card license and FLORIDA ID CARD. Im not sure how that's not enough I work for a a lot of elderly who pay in checks, I had to go back and pick up one of my clients and bring then to an ATM so she could pay me.

Worst Wells Fargo Bank ever ATM never works and won't even make deposit of a check when it saids no cash horrible bank they plain out suck

Every year my escrow account is off by over $1,100. Ira very frustrating to privide Wells Fargo derailed information in my taxes and isireance and every year hey grossly miscalculate my escrow account causing me to either pay a lump sum or higher payments for the next yEar. Every single year. I plan on paying this mortgage off in the near future and when I do I'll move all of my accounts to another bank. Currently everything is with Wells Fargo because it makes transferring between accounts easier. Once the mortgage is gone it's sayonara.

Love this bank!! When my account got hacked I had s new ATM card immediately and with in 1 week my account was fixed. Can't say enough good things about the Edgewater branch and Sherry
