5 customers in line inside of the branch. I have watched several managers and other employees walk by. Not one stepped up to help.

I’m not sure why all of the drive-through lanes are closed on a Friday afternoon. There isn’t usually a lot of traffic here…,Update: drive through was closed for a week, has since reopened.

I have dealt with this bank for many years, convenient location and staff is very accommodating.
