Ainsley answered my call. I needed help really bad. Without mentioning a competitor of yours, my car was totalled by someone driving one of their cars. That driver was at fault and sited. I needed car, without having to break my bank, waiting on insurance payment. I did have the Hertz car for almost a month. Everything and everyone was very understanding and helpful ☆☆☆☆☆5 star without a doubt.
Kat, was my closer. She took my return. She was so very pleasant. Very helpful. Kind. Everything and everyone was very smooth including the car😊

Don’t bother with the “other Agencies” these guys are great! Check them out! We had a bad experience recently with another agency and got this referral from a family member. We were very happy we used Hertz.

The 1st car had a huge dent in to back quarter panel and as soon as I turned it on it stated to Change Oil Now !~ The 2nd car was great but we wanted to keep it for another week. The re-rental was twice the cost of the 1st one so I booked another vehicle drove to the airport to return and was told we could just keep the same one. I've used Hertz for over 40 years in my Air Force career and i cannot believe how bad they have become, I always stuck with Hertz because they always put their customers 1st. They have lost the personal touch and you can't even speak to an American on the phone, its set to an Ai helper. When you finally get through to them your speaking to someone who has little English speaking capabilities in another country that really could care less about your problems.

Poor return process. Wanted to extend rental an additional 6 hours and was told it would cost an additional $300. Ridiculous!! Ended up sleeping in the airport overnight because we did not want to pay the $300 extra.

Do not use them! If you do- have a backup plan! They charged me $95 cancellation fee bc I canceled at 1pm bc we had waited all day to get a car rental which we had booked months in advance for 8am. I called to cancel n they still said they didn’t have any cars until “who knows when” yet they still charged my credit card. The lady at the front desk was also very rude! Waiting to hear back from “Lady L”
At customer service bc I want my money refunded back!!
