“I must say I live in Crestview. Which is roughly 35-45 minutes away. I had several returns that needed shipping. So I enter this particular store and asked the lady working if it was possible for me to ship larger boxes here. She replied sure, do you need a cart. Right then I was sold because I went to two other places and they wouldn't even help. None of my packages weighed 10 pounds.Anyhow the lady whose name is Donna. Gladly assisted me. Not only assisted told me to call the shipper because they didn't process the return labels properly. So for all that I am extremely grateful for Donna.
