Martian and the other lady are very helpful. Sorry I didn’t catch the nice lady’s name but she helped explain the fax machine and it’s costs to me. I was advised to just mail it since faxing is more expensive! Thanks a bunch so stellar in customer service.

Had a last minute, emergency print job for some signs that I needed same day. This location was so helpful and they actually finished them in time. The signs also looked great.

Often delivering to the wrong address. I had to track down my own package. Fedex uses a call center elsewhere and an automated system to take your information. Another way to avoid dealing with the customer.
