Had an awesome experience at Crocs Ellenton Outlet. My Brooklyn platform sandals had a crack in the base. I adore these and was bothered that I didn’t know how to fix them.The mgr Eddie offered a store credit and I was able to replace them. Appreciate him for this. Now I will styling a new pair. Thank you Eddie!
