“I had to return an online order while on vacation. This location came up as having the replacement I needed. Before I drove the half hour to get there I called to be sure it was available. I spoke to the manager, Jen. It seemed there was only 1 in stock and someone was trying it on. After they left she let me know it was still available. She had to search through multiple boxes to find it. She went way above and beyond to get me the right item. Great customer service!”

“My 96 year old mother called and orded 2 pairs of sandals over the phone because she can't walk too far. My mother didn't like them,so I called Patty at the store. She offered us to drive to the back door so she wouldn't have to walk that far. Patty or Patricia met us at the door and was so kind and patient. Looked on the computer, then was able to find the correct size and style that my mother was looking for. My mother was able to buy the same 2 shoes that she bought 14 years ago. Patricia went way above and beyond customer service that I have ever seand a retail store. You could tell that she is passionate on her career. “I've been wearing the same style J&M shoe for like 20 years. Current pair finally gave up on me & I needed a new pair for work in the FL capitol, and the Ellenton location was on my way up I75.
Literally jogged to the door as Aurora was getting ready to lock the door @7pm.
She was awesome, let me in, and I was out in maybe 3 minutes! I and incredibly grateful for her kindness and hope this location knows what a gem she is!”

“Went to buy Asics here last week. Hoping for a bargain, and got it. What I didnt expect was great service. Outlet stores are notorious for just scraping by on service. I was met by Aerielle. Very helpful , kind and compassionate lady. She had my feet get a fitting from their scanning machine which scans length, width & type of foot structure which tells her what shoes to recommend to her customers. She was very caring , asking what I was looking for, and usage of shoes, and my budget. She went above & beyond average customer service. Took gr8 care of me! Very compassionate person. Recommend asking for Aerielle if you go here. I will be back for sure.”

“I had an exceptional experience at the Lacoste Outlet in Ellenton thanks to Alfredo Lopez. He truly went above and beyond to help me find two exact outfits in my size that had previously been ordered and not picked up.
Instead of just telling me they were unavailable, Alfredo personally called multiple stores that had the items, confirmed they weren’t on hold, and arranged to have them shipped to me. That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days.
He was professional, proactive, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Because of Alfredo, I will absolutely be shopping at this location again. Highly recommend this store — and be sure to ask for Alfredo!”
