“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cassandra Debransky at Planet Stone! She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish and truly went above and beyond for me. Cassandra helped me choose the countertops for my home and made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly responsive — morning or night, during business hours or after hours — and was always willing to answer my questions and help me make decisions. She even came to my house on her day off to meet with me, which says so much about how dedicated she is to her clients. Cassandra is knowledgeable, patient, dependable, and genuinely cares about making sure you are happy with your choices. Customer service like hers is hard to find. I am so grateful for everything she did for me and would recommend Cassandra and Planet Stone to anyone looking for countertops. She truly made the entire experience exceptional! Five stars!”

“Karen, and her amazing team, transformed my old and dull kitchen into a beautiful WOW kitchen!!! I’m inspired to cook again and I don’t think I’ll be able to keep people out of my kitchen when I do that!!! The cabinets and counter tops are beautiful but the most beautiful thing is adding the Swaroski knobs!!! They add the most elegant finishing touch!!! If you don’t think you can afford to change your kitchen from dull to wow, then you haven’t met Karen yet! Please go there before you make a decision!!! You will be most pleasantly surprised!!! I love it, Karen, and everyone that touched this kitchen!! Tytyty…so very much!!!❤”

“Tyson at Prosource was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We ran into an issue with the initial cabinet molding and door, but Tyson handled it immediately and had replacements sent out right away with no hassle. Great communication, responsive service, and he genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. Highly recommend Tyson and Prosource!”

“UPDATE: Our bath remodel is now complete. What a FANTASTIC job!!! It was quite a process, but Scott did a great job in the coordination of all the contractors and workers and always kept things moving along smoothly. Any little hiccups along the way were handled immediately and perfectly. Every step of the way, Scott was sure everything was perfect and to our complete satisfaction. This remodel came out better than we ever imagined. Thanks to everyone at Gilbert Design that helped put it all together for us. First review: We are in the process of a complete, 22 year old, master bathroom remodel. We are still in the early stages, but so far our experience has been fantastic. Gilbert Design is very professional and high quality. Everyone we have dealt with have been very friendly and enjoyable to deal with. Jarrod (Project Manager) is very thorough and clear to understand. Most of our dealings have been with Katie. She is an excellent designer and has really helped us so far, through the designing process.... we would be lost without her. She is extremely friendly, and it is a joy every time we meet with her. Can't wait to get the job underway and we'll update our review as the progress continues.”

“First time shopping at Ollie's in Bradenton. I was surprised at the huge selection in each department. I was not disappointed! I bought a coffee maker and sandwich maker among other items. On the downside, my daughter was with me and when we had our purchases rang up, the cashier was extremely rude! I was putting my credit card back in my wallet and she said hurry up! And told the lady behind me to get her purchases on the counter. If I was her boss, she would have been fired!!! Terrible customer service!”

“I visited this store to inquire and learn about all the specialty coffee brewers that are available here to purchase. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and patient sales associate Cyndi Clark who not only took her time with me , she explained how these machines operated and even demonstrated them to me. I never thought I could operate one of these machines but one lesson from Cyndi and I feel very comfortable and hope to make a purchase shortly. I highly recommend this store and especially Cyndi.”
