5313 19th Street East, EllentonCould not justify a 5 but better than a 4. Location right on Manatee River is terrific. We were seated quickly on a Sunday afternoon around 4. We were greeted promptly by our server. She returned with our drink order quickly and took our food order. Appetizers came out promptly. I had a garden salad which was very fresh. For an entree I had the jammin jambalaya. It was spicy but not to. Very tasty. Pork, sausage and shrimp were all very well prepared and seasoned. Veggies were excellent and broth although a. It tomatoes was still very good. All in all we enjoyed our visit. I definitely recommend and will surely return again myself.
