“Sue and Darrin were great. Vehicle ready to go and easy check out and check in. They truly cared about my rental experience and were just genuinely nice people. Hate to say it, but that is the exception now a days. Thanks! Sue and Darrin were great. Vehicle ready to go and easy check out and check in. “Representatives were friendly and professional. We received a very nice on a 20-foot truck. The one drawback was the truck was slightly damaged on the driver's side wind flap. This was not noted on the original ticket and became a problem at drop off.”

“Randy was a great guy who got me out of the jam that the Sarasota Budget rental put me in. Even though he’s located 20 miles out of my way, I’ll be bypassing the Sarasota office and using Randy in the future.”
