There were some hiccups with inventory management which our representative Nick was able to smooth over for us, even on a busy weekend day. Got me on my way a little before my pick up time. And then when I dropped it off he got me out of there within 2 min. It was a great and perfect experience. A couple times I called this location and the phones were busy but customer service on the center line were absolutely outstanding each time I called. At the store, Alicia and Tom were amazing, especially with help loading my car on the towing dolly! I would definitely recommend renting from them :)”
