“The pick up went seamlessly. Gerald's is tops in my book.
My only suggestion for improvement would be for UHaul to work on their website. The reservation process on line was efficient and comprehensive, however I could only reserved the truck for one day. I had to call the help line to add a day. Later when I attempted to change the pick up time, the reservation reverted back to one day. So I had to call the help line to fix it, again. So, fix your website.”

I witnessed someone getting upset at one of the ladies working the front desk that they wouldn't take a prepaid card and she was polite the whole time even when they stated they were going to come here and leave bad reviews and then some. Otherwise great experience and fair pricing”

“Aaron ( brown haired positive attitude guy)is a true Rockstar for this location! I would describe him as an extroverted introvert! Top notch with customer service! He was so pleasant and professional first thing in the morning. He explained the rental process, mileage and return so clearly! He was very patient and kind with my many questions! Super super smooth process! I was hesitant to rent from this location because I read all of the previous reviews; which spoke of poor customer service and bad attitudes of staff.
