“My 87 year old mother hit a football sized rock on 75 around North Port. Her tire completely shredded. She managed to get over to the median and call AAA. Within 40 mins Chris came from Jerry’s to help her. I arrived about the same time. He was so friendly and polite. My mother was scared to even get out of her car because of all the trucks whipping past. Chris’s competency made us both feel safe. Big thanks to Jerry’s Auto who if I understand properly have the AAA territory in that area. Chris’ s service renewed my faith in triple A after having an issue getting help from them myself a year ago. Thank you AAA, thank you Jerry’s Auto ooand thank you Chris.”

Many things wrong but the front brakes had 1/8-1/16 pad left and front bearings a problem/noisy. So this week scheduled the appt. Great service and price. He will check out any vehicle we want to buy before we do. Have him check yours out before you buy. Never felt a put down either because our van was old. Bravo!!”

“Was in transit on my boat and the 12v alternator went kaput. After doing a little research and a quick call to confirm it could be inspected I dropped it at Southern. Within 5min Fred called with the diagnosis - a melted stator. Said he could fix it if I could wait a day or he could set me up with a new unit with higher output for about $20 more. Wasn't much of a decision as I had to get headed north. Thanks Fred!”

“Florida Gulfcoast is the BEST !I found myself in a Difficult situation recently I took my car into a "Certified Performance Shop" ( A...Sauce) in Lakeland, Fl, to have a starter replaced & leaking head gasket replaced, all was done & they put on Dyno to do a couple "test" runs and promptly "BLEW-UP" the motor. Would accept NO RESPONSIBILITY.Anyway, I reached out to Alex and he got me calmed down & arrangements made to pick my car up right away. We agreed on a cash price & they picked the car up and went to work ! Originally told me 3 1/2 to 4 weeks to fix, Delivered the car back to me (200 miles away) 3 days early, and its BETTER than EVER ! Communication was good through out the process. I can't thank Alex & his team enough for jumping right in and doing right. And I'll recommend them to any & everyone.THANKS SO MUCH....A. Kirk”

“Went in to get my AC fixed. They scheduled me for the next morning and I showed up and they were ready to go. Called me about an hour or so later with a free diagnostic which is unheard of these days. Told me the problem and possible problems that could come up and quoted me a fair price for the install. I said go ahead and another hour later my car was ready and my car was blowing ice cold air! Best experience I have had with a mechanic ever. I am a backyard youtube mechanic and hate taking my car places if I don't have to but this place will get my business from now on when my youtube skills prove to be not enough. The gentleman was polite, respectful and professional too. Don't go anywhere else just take your car here and feel good about it.”

Everyone we talked to recommended Emory’s. They were so helpful and were able to get us in and get our truck fixed and back to us in just two days, well within the time we needed to have it back. They stayed in contact to let us know what was happening and provided excellent customer service. They reached out to our insurance to see if they would cover it. I would highly recommend them!”

Scheduled an appointment for a few days later to get the other three as all we're in need of replacement. Been going to tires Plus for 20 plus years here in Englewood Florida. Love the same as cash 6-month card always comes in handy when emergencies arise. Thank you so much to all of the staff at tires. Plus. The service man even pulled my car right up to the door so I could walk out, jump in and get to work. Would never think of going anywhere else!”
