“One word comes to mind when I decided to post this review - HONEST! My FIAT Spider 124 started having a clunking noise in the front end that appears here and there. So, I decided to take the vehicle to AIA to see if they could replicate and diagnose the issue. The mechanics spent a considerable amount of time trying to duplicate the problem and even went as far as removing some of the parts that could have been the cause of it. However, when they test-drove the vehicle, they got the issue to pop up again. Mike called and told me what they thought it might be, but because of the location, they would have to disassemble the vehicle in that front area to see if that was the actual cause. Of course, disassembling the front end was going to take a few hours, and not knowing after spending that money whether the issue was going to be fixed, put my husband and I in a quandary. Do we spend the money and open up Pandora's box? So, my husband and I asked numerous questions, which both Service Managers, Mike and Wade, seemed to welcome. Each of them made us feel like they cared more about us as potential customers than just another high-dollar sale. In the end, they concluded and recommended bringing back the vehicle once the issue became constant. This way, it would give their mechanics more to go by than what is happening now. The cost of disassembling the car and putting parts on that may have not been needed could have run in the multiple thousands of dollars. We think the plan that they suggested is reasonable and we will definitely be bringing our vehicle back at the appropriate time. So, THANK YOU AIA! “I had backed into a post with my 2015 Grand Cherokee and the lower rear quarter panel appeared quite damaged and scraped. The guy I talked to looked at it and told me that a 100% restoration would be quite expensive, but that the scraping might just be paint transfer from the post and that the panel could probably be "bumped" back into place. He spent a quarter hour cleaning up the scrape and, when he was finished, the damage looked "fixed" and was not readily apparent. I told him that I wanted to pay for his efforts but he refused any payment. I will bring any future work to this shop, and will recommend them to people who need auto body services.”

“I recently downgraded my review of Curry's Auto. My advise is to ignore any place that offers discounts on common auto maintenance items. I tried this place recommended from a local for routine oil change. During my wait, I became impressed with mechanic contacting customers and advising them not to follow through with expensive procedures. Next time you visit this place for routine maintenance, just sit, wait, and list to mechanic advising customers to avoid unnecessary expensive repairs. I watch Scotty Kilmer on YouTube and he advises to seek out auto mechanics based on word of mouth. Lesson learned is to not to trust solely on Google ratings but use it to verify recommendation from local.”

“I called Dave's Garage to see if he would inspect a used car that I was buying, and he was truly amazing for the whole process. Over the phone he told me everything that I should look out for during my initial test drive, and when I brought the car in to his shop he walked me through the whole inspection, even when it was on the lift. He made sure that I was able to see everything he was seeing, and he pointed out everything that I needed to pay attention to while I have the car. He only charged $50 for the half hour inspection, and at the end I asked him if there was anything that I should fix immediately. Instead of trying to upsell me, he told me the warning signs and said that I would probably be able to drive the car for another 30,000 miles before needing any repairs. Dave really went above and beyond. I'll definitely go to him if I have any issues, so long as my car can make it.If you can make it to him, you won't be let down. He really knows his stuff and he's a good man.”
