“I came in with a bad battery that was purchased at Advanced Auto in Ohio and installed by them. The good part, they covered the battery under warranty since if was only 10 months old. The disappointing part, they were unable to install the battery at the store and I had to take it to a local shop and was charged $58 for labor to install. I watched the battery get installed previously, it didn't seem very difficult. It seems like an arranged deal. Still, I didn't have the tools at the time and I needed my battery replaced. Mission accomplished.”

“I needed some trailer help so called for towing to assist with a lift on an incline. I didn't want to cause damage on an incline since my chocks were sliding. They came out and assisted. Showed me a few things I didnt know also. They were very nice and professional. I recommend this company for the area and surrounding areas. If I ever need assistance again, I will indeed give them a call.”
