Understaffed. The wait times are longer than any other bank in the area. They need to get more people because they're always bouncing from a desk to the teller area and back again. I have never been ignored on a consistent basis like these people do.

Location and hours are convenient. They provide the typical banking services. You don't get them same hometown feel as you do at Charlotte State Bank, but I use this bank in addition to Charlotte State because they are nationwide. I feel safer knowing i can get to a bank branch no matter where I am.

I've had this bank account back in Michigan when it was Old Kent Bank. Then it changed to Fifth Third. I was so happy that this branch is so close to our villa in North Port. The employees are always very helpful and professional.
