“Five stars is not near enough! I just moved to Venice, Florida. I am renting a manufactured home, not a mobile home! I did not even think I would have so many challenges finding renters insurance! I went to a State Farm agent just down the street here in Venice. I was told that State Farm does not cover mobile homes. I corrected him and said it’s not a mobile home. It is a manufactured home. There is a difference! He said it doesn’t matter we do not cover them. I called several other independent agents and was told the same thing. I was highly frustrated!
I then called Ron Smith’s office. I spoke with Vicky. OH MY GOSH - Vicky is absolutely outstanding! She absolutely renewed my faith in State Farm! I have been with State Farm since 1990. I was seriously consider leaving them, mainly, due to the way, I was treated by the State Farm agent here in Venice.
Vicky had everything set up for me within minutes! Absolutely outstanding Customer Service! I cannot say enough about how well I was treated and how she handled everything for me expeditiously!
