Insurance in Englewood, FL

“I am a recent Florida resident and Julie Dawn Jeffus was amazing. She was able to get me a fantastic car insurance policy at a great price so efficiently. I already sent others to call on her for her great service. Highly recommend!”

“Five stars is not near enough! I just moved to Venice, Florida. I am renting a manufactured home, not a mobile home! I did not even think I would have so many challenges finding renters insurance! I went to a State Farm agent just down the street here in Venice. I was told that State Farm does not cover mobile homes. I corrected him and said it’s not a mobile home. It is a manufactured home. There is a difference! He said it doesn’t matter we do not cover them. I called several other independent agents and was told the same thing. I was highly frustrated!

I then called Ron Smith’s office. I spoke with Vicky. OH MY GOSH - Vicky is absolutely outstanding! She absolutely renewed my faith in State Farm! I have been with State Farm since 1990. I was seriously consider leaving them, mainly, due to the way, I was treated by the State Farm agent here in Venice.

Vicky had everything set up for me within minutes! Absolutely outstanding Customer Service! I cannot say enough about how well I was treated and how she handled everything for me expeditiously!

100 STARS! 😎”

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Key Agency at their Wellen Park office, thanks to Tyler and Kristin. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.

Tyler handled the sales side with exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. He made the process seamless and was always available to answer questions and provide guidance, making me feel confident every step of the way.

Kristin was equally impressive on the service side—attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything was handled perfectly. She made me feel supported throughout and truly cared about delivering a great experience.

What really stood out was their teamwork and dedication. They didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them. Their expertise, communication, and friendly approach made all the difference.

I highly recommend Key Agency at the Wellen Park office, especially Tyler and Kristin, to anyone looking for a top-tier experience. Five stars all the way!”
