“if you're looking for a place to just sleep........maybe heat up a cup of coffee....or just chill when it's too hot.....this would be the spot..well worth it.for an economy room! Also convenient to the beach and dining. Definitely coming back!Nearby activities: I said it before I'll say it again it is convenient and close to everything definitely highly recommended.”
“The breakfast attendant Joy was the most meticulous even using a paint scraper on the floor spot cleaning and making sure our experience was delightful. She made me the spanish omelets because I wasn't going to be there the next day when they were scheduled to be served. So friendly and attentive. See you next year, Joy ! Very clean and well maintained rooms as well. The staff is on point too.”

“I have been staying at this hotel since the early 2000s. In that time, I have seen many changes to the hotel, and all of them have been wonderful. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is always kept in great shape.
Nearby activities: Downtown Venice, and its beaches within 10 minutes.
Walkability: Many great food options within walking distance of the hotel.

“Sweet little gem. This motel could be a 10/10 stay. Owners need to hire repairs and up dates out, cleaning and use a laundry service. Has pool. Quiet stay.
Rooms: Small, clean, could use professional updating.
Nearby activities: Walk to Venice downtown, restaurants and attractions.
Safety: Very safe. Quiet.
Walkability: Downtown Venice main street is 2 blocks away. Super location.

“I am beyond satisfied with my experience. It was made to feel like home. As soon as i arrived & tripped carrying my luggage and fell fast; The sweet young woman downstairs was understanding and considerate and made me feel comfortable again ASAP and took away my anxiety with her politeness .Thank you !Safety: The staff makes you feel safe at all times and are down to earth all the way to when they help you get back up after falling.Walkability: Carpet helped absorb an abrupt fall while staff simultaneously lifted my spirits back up.”

“Overall terrific with great staff (this was my second stay)! Couple of recommendations:
1. Mats at front doors and maybe on balcony to help pick up sand.
2. Workout towels in fitness studio.
3. Ensure luggage carts have pumped up tires.
4. Some beach chairs are getting worn out.
Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. Love full size fridge. There is only a two burner stove with no oven (just a decent sized toaster oven). The amenities/pool/bikes, etc are excellent.
Food and drinks: Beach bar and food tavern were both closed. Very surprising for a Labor Day weekend.”
