“Excellent customer service. I had been to 2 other jewelers to see about having my watch fixed. Both hardly took the time to see the problem, like hello, no, goodbye. One actually said I can't do it, handed the watch back saying I don't know what you're going to do. I went to Paradise and Nathan immediately said he would take a look and try, within 5 min he had half the problem solved with a plan to fix the watch. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable , a REAL jeweler not just a buy wholesale and resell jewelry store. I'm so glad I found them. I plan to have custom made jewelry from them in the future.”
