“I recently had a Tag Heuer watch that stopped working. It wouldn't change time or date. So I went to Ambers Jewel Box. I've been there before for minor watch issues. Battery replacement and to add/ remove links from a watch. I showed them the watch. They immediately told me they couldn't work on it in-house but could ship it to an authorized repairman free of charge that could work on it. And if I thought the cost to repair my watch was too high, they'd ship my watch back free of charge. So they shipped it off. I get a call about a week later and they told me what was wrong and the cost to fix it. Considering the make of the watch I was extremely pleased with the cost to repair it. So I agreed. The total process from the time I dropped off my watch until the time I get a call telling me my Tag Heuer was ready for pickup was about 3 weeks. And now my watch is as good as new! I strongly recommend Ambers Jewel Box.”
