I had a great experience working with Miranda at the Verizon store. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand all of my specific phone needs. I had a pretty unique situation, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Miranda genuinely focused on finding the best plan that fit both my usage and my budget. It’s rare to find someone so patient, helpful, and honest in customer service. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re heading to Verizon!

Service is terrible. They lie and say whatever they need to for you to buy a new phone and then bam Verizon denys your trade and then your stuck with an early buy out charge on the old phone! They flat out lied and now won't do anything to make it riget after they gave me the return label and box to send my old phone back in.. STAY FAR AWAY and go to an actual corporate store where they value the customer.

Madison is a remarkable employee. I picked up my new phone last night and it was a perfect experience. She really knows her stuff and is so willing, kind and respectful. She answered all my questions and did not make me feel inept nor did she rush me. She was so patient and helpful that I ended up getting a new Apple Watch as well. You are very lucky to have her. I will only deal with Madison from now on.

I upgraded from my Samsung galaxy s20 to a galaxy z flip 5 and Curtis helped us,he was quick and helpful my phone wasn't in stock and he ordered it for me! So nice! Small store but I like it better because there was no one in there!
