It was a fast, smooth experience with Miranda taking care of things. I never got a new phone transferred and setup so quickly. No pressure. They keep you honestly informed about the latest phones and accessories. Miranda and Alex are the ones I will take extra time to wait to assist me if necessary.... Good work...

Serious shoutout to Nicholas M. who was super helpful, attentive and knowledgeable! Been using Russell Cellular forever - always the same superior service and great atmosphere. I'm not sure how they can be any more helpful really. Lucky to have them in Englewood!
