“Scheduling for my appointment was nearly 2 weeks out. Set appointment for 0930 on the available date. Requested check out a rattling noise (warranty), a fit and finish issue (warranty) and rotate tires. Dropped truck off the night before. I started calling around 4pm and never could get a service advisor on the phone. Drove to dealership at 540pm and was informed the truck never got looked at.Left it overnight again and at noon it still hasn't been touched. I was offered a free rental but I need a truck to tow with for my business.I've received good service on other vehicles in the past. Hopefully the staffing issues will get ironed out and the quality of service will recover quickly.***Edited to reflect the current UAW strike which I had forgotten about. ***”

I'd like to add I live in Fort Lauderdale and out of principal and spite I made this purchase in Estero Bay because this dealership is, in one word "Honest", they did not exercise the predatory, disgusting, rip off tactic of "market adjustment".
