“Back in mid-october I had my Kia 2015 optima engine replaced under warranty the whole process probably took two and a half weeks by the time I dropped it off and pick my car back up with a long block remanufactured engine before that the car was running great with no issues since I bought it 2 in half years ago was driving south on the Edison Bridge and all of sudden the car shuts off without no warning I tried to restart it but nothing silent.My car runs great now and I want to give A thumbs up to Jeff the service advisor who helped me through the whole process the only money out of my pocket was $200 only to clean the fuel injectors which I did not mine to pay for the car only had 67,000 mi on it l . My process was very easy to get my engine replaced under lifetime warranty want to thank Kia of fort Myers for everything they did for me . Very Professional Thank You”

“I called looking for a very specific part that I needed by tomorrow at 5 PM and I gave Bobby the part number and he said that they didn’t have that part in stock but he did research for about 20 minutes for me to try and find a part that might work. My fiancé is on his way over to pick up the part and see if it’ll work and if it doesn’t, he gave us suggestions for other things that could work based off of his understanding of this part. He was so helpful, he explained everything extremely well, and he went above and beyond to help me. He found it in their system and then he couldn’t find it so he sent two or three other people to go find it until somebody found it and then he put it on hold for me until my fiancé could get over there. I really appreciated all his help, his professionalism, and how respectful he was. I would definitely recommend people to this NAPA auto parts just for Bobby.”
