“We went to Porsche ft Myers around 1.00pm with the view to potentially purchasing a Macan. We were greeted by Kyle who proceeded to give us a thorough tour of the facility and its amazing inventory of cars. He did not clock watch and his knowledge of all the vehicles was first class. Within 1 1/2hrs we had purchased a new Cayenne GTS and Kyle personally delivered right on time at 6.00pm.
It was probably one of best car buying buying experiences that we have had.

“The experience that I had was top notch and unbeatable, from the moment I heard Micheal on the phone with my mom who had no experience with tires. From the time he even spent with me as well trying to find her the perfect tire he was the absolute best at customer service and experience. As soon as I got to the shop with her vehicle they took care of it as one of their own and got the job done in under an hour. Tires look amazing. “I've generally had good experiences ordering from Import Image Racing. Their pricing is usually competitive, and I've had no real issues with previous orders. This most recent order was a bit of a mixed bag, though.
Everything eventually arrived in a relatively timely manner, but there were a couple of issues. The Cobb x WeatherTech floor liner set arrived with only the rear liner, even though I had ordered the front and rear set. I had to reach out to IIR, and they sent the missing front liners.
There was also an issue with one of the KYB strut assemblies. While the strut itself appeared to be new, it arrived in an old/unmatched box rather than the original packaging, and the hardware that normally comes with the assembly wasn't included. This ended up causing an issue with my repair shop and delayed the installation.
UPDATE: IIR followed up with me and provided some additional context about the floor liners. They explained that the Cobb x WeatherTech products are drop-shipped directly from the distributor, so they don't physically see or inspect those products before they go out. They apologized for the issue and said they'd work with their support team to try to prevent it from happening again.
I appreciate them taking the time to explain what happened and, more importantly, making things right when I brought the issues to their attention. The original experience was frustrating, but the way they handled the problems afterward definitely left me feeling more positive about IIR. I'll continue to order from them.”

“I had genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto parts store thanks to Mr. John. H who helped me today. He told me he’s 70 years old and has six daughters, and I think his dad instincts immediately kicked in when he saw a young woman who clearly had no idea what she was looking for 😂
He went completely out of his way to help me, even checking my oil and taking the time to explain everything to me in a way I could actually understand. He was patient, respectful, and never once made me feel stupid for not knowing something. As a young woman, going into an auto parts store can honestly be intimidating, and I’ve had plenty of experiences where I’ve felt talked down to or pressured into buying things I didn’t need. He was the complete opposite. He never tried to sell me anything unnecessarily or pressure me into making a purchase — he genuinely just wanted to make sure I understood what my car needed and that I was taken care of.
You could tell within minutes that he is just an incredibly kind person with a beautiful soul. It wasn’t just great customer service; it was genuine kindness, and that is something you don’t forget. AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have someone like him, and I truly hope he knows how much I appreciated his help today. Please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves! ❤”
