Store Manager Karen Gomez greeted me right away. She came out, checked my battery and hooked me up with a new one at a reasonable price. “Rubin is absolutely my hero!!! My headlight burned out and I had no clue how to get to it, much less how to replace it or even which of the 2 types of bulbs fit my car! Rubin went above and beyond to provide great customer service! I could see that he was really busy but I was desperate, especially since it gets dark so early! Rubin took the time to check my car, remove the burned-out lamp and replace it. It wasn't easy because whoever replaced it last time put the bulb in wrong so it made the job harder. But Rubin fixed it! What amazing customer service! I will never go anywhere else for my auto parts!!! Thank you, Rubin! You're the best!!!”

“My car had been a loaner car they didn't quite get to when I bought it so it had never been properly cleaned when I picked it up from fix automotive I couldn't believe how clean it was inside it's the cleanest I've ever seen it and the work on the body work was high quality I have a little problem with an electrical problem but they're working hand and hand with me to get it fixed on my satisfaction these people will bend over backwards to make you happy great group of people I'm really good work. A co-worker told me about her great experience with Southern Tire & Wheel so I took my Jeep there today to have them look. They had me in a bay within minutes, found a 1" nail in the tire, and repaired it quickly...all for NO charge! When it is time for me to replace my tires this will be my first stop! Kudos to the alignment done on my truck… Usually with a 2” lift and 285/70/17 tires on a 17x8.5" wheel with -10 offset you would require a cab mount chop when running stock upper control arms… however, I have had ZERO rubbing on the street at all with the perfect alignment.HIGHLY recommend this shop for your 3rd gen Tacoma.”

I was very anxious because the car was new, and I couldn't understand how my battery on the car could possibly be going bad after just purchasing the vehicle from Nissan, and I had gone through losing everything through the hurricane. I was not very trusty after being taken advantage of, but David put my mind at ease, spent time with me, and built trust. He tested the battery; he showed me the test; he gave me options; and he went the extra mile to tell me my options—what could happen and why the battery went bad as quick as it did. Being a woman, I wouldn't understand without him explaining to me, but he didn't have to take the time to explain. He didn't try to upsell me on items I didn't need and had empathic explanations for every step of the way he was doing it; he didn't treat me like a number and try to rush me.
