“I had genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto parts store thanks to Mr. John. H who helped me today. He told me he’s 70 years old and has six daughters, and I think his dad instincts immediately kicked in when he saw a young woman who clearly had no idea what she was looking for 😂
He went completely out of his way to help me, even checking my oil and taking the time to explain everything to me in a way I could actually understand. He was patient, respectful, and never once made me feel stupid for not knowing something. As a young woman, going into an auto parts store can honestly be intimidating, and I’ve had plenty of experiences where I’ve felt talked down to or pressured into buying things I didn’t need. He was the complete opposite. He never tried to sell me anything unnecessarily or pressure me into making a purchase — he genuinely just wanted to make sure I understood what my car needed and that I was taken care of.
You could tell within minutes that he is just an incredibly kind person with a beautiful soul. It wasn’t just great customer service; it was genuine kindness, and that is something you don’t forget. AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have someone like him, and I truly hope he knows how much I appreciated his help today. Please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves! ❤”

“The experience that I had was top notch and unbeatable, from the moment I heard Micheal on the phone with my mom who had no experience with tires. From the time he even spent with me as well trying to find her the perfect tire he was the absolute best at customer service and experience. As soon as I got to the shop with her vehicle they took care of it as one of their own and got the job done in under an hour. Tires look amazing. I know sometimes buying a car can be a process and demanding when you are being hassled, but that was NOT the case at this dealership.
