Gail was wonderful and kind—she understood the severity and security issue, checked their inventory (thank goodness they had the size in stock), and Bob (service technician) was out at his house in about 24 hours to repair/ replace the glass. Not only did they do the work at a reasonable cost—Bob also fixed another minor part of the sliding door unit, and didn’t charge extra. I tried a National windshield Company first , but that was a waste of time, I called Edgel and he was so helpful on the phone, it was a Friday night when I called after 5pm. He told me I’m closed tomorrow but he can do it. He was o Ly 10 minutes from where I was staying and he promptly took me at 9am on that Saturday.
I pulled up and he came out, he was very nice and cordial. We chatted while he fixed the crack and chip. The chip and crack was right in my drivers view, and now it’s literally gone. I couldn’t thank in enough and he only charged me $80, so I game him a $100. This is how a good business operates. Thank you Edgel”

Well my agent was not wrong Nicole was so wonderful. The moment I got to Gerber she was ready to go over the process of getting my sweet car fixed. Step by step Nicole sent me updates and made sure I knew exactly what to expect along the way. I will always bring my car if I need to have body work done to Gerber. The car looked brand new as if she hadnt even been hit. The professionalism and kindness from Nicole truly made the experience a bit better to deal with. Nicole even offered to have the rental taken back however, I had returned it beofre going to Gerber. Nicole you ROCK!!!!!”

“I wanted to leave a review since the experience I had getting my car done at Gerber Collidion & Glass in Estero was so good! They got my car fixed much faster than I ever would have expected and they were so professional with every interaction. When I dropped my car off, I was going to walk home but when they heard that was my plan, they insisted that I let them take me home so I didn’t have to walk in the heat. Seriously great customer service and I will forever recommend this place to anyone needing vehicle repairs. Also the original quote they gave me was very close to the actual price after it was all said and done ?. To top it off, my car looks even better than before the accident. Great work!”
