“I’d like to share my recent experience with windshield replacement on my car.It was complicated since the car was badged as a Buick allure but it was really a Buick lacrosse since that model was changed over mid year. The guys took all our details, ordered the windshield and promptly arrived after a long drive to install the windshield the next day. It was the Wrong windshield through no fault of theirs! They reordered the next day and arrived again for the install. Did an excellent job. Even better they stayed with their original quote even though the second windshield was more money. “My 2024 RAV4 was unfortunately rear ended and I wanted it to go right back to Autonation (where I purchased it ) to get fixed . I am so glad I made that decision!From the outset , my adviser, Carmen Lopez, calmed me and told me of course they would take it and her communication with me throughout the process has been phenomenal.I had to bring in some paperwork for the paint and Carmen asked me if I wanted to see my car , which I said YES! It was really an emotional moment for me . Autonation truly worked magic and it looked exactly like nothing happened to it . I asked her “how ?!” . Everyone there is thorough with what they do and what you will get back is nothing but quality , plus they back what they do !I cannot recommend Autonation Toyota in Fort Myers enough . They treat you like family . The Collision Center really took care of me and I got my car back almost 3 weeks early !
