Took my Trek Bike to Estero Bicycle Cafe for repairs from a bent up derailer. Carlos knew exactly what to look for and explained/showed me what parts needed to be replaced/repaired. Excellent customer service. Took my bike in for a tuneup and had it back the next day. The bonus they gave me a price and when I paid it was lower than the original price. I highly recommend very honest crew
