“I walked into the store with only about 20 minutes until closing, so I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, Dominic welcomed me with genuine enthusiasm and was more than happy to help.
He was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. What really stood out was how passionate he seemed about his job and how much he genuinely cared about helping me. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find these days.
Thank you, Dominic, for making my experience such a positive one. Employees like you truly make a difference!”
“Really got me and my wife out of a pinch. Came here to visit her mom and dad and wanted to bring our bikes. We got a flat while we were out riding. They got us in same day and we were out the door in 15 minutes with new tubes on her bike. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Cant recommend enough. 10/10”
“This shop is awesome tried getting help elsewhere and zero results tried myself zero results in less than 20 seconds problem solved I definitely recommend this place. Thanks again!!”
“Great tour covering many points of interest. Our guide Renee was knowledgeable, engaging, and offered opportunities for us to explore on our own during several stops. The bikes were easy to ride and handled well. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys the outdoors and wants a good overview of the beautiful Naples area!”
“Best Bike Shop in SWFL and this is the truth and mike just happens to be the mayor of bonita springs. Then, a customer for over 10 years. I have nothing but raving awesome things to say.”
“Great persons great help. You need a bike or need support ? Here you are in first place. I was there for the bike fit and als Perfect. Bill the owner take care gut ne with time.”
“When deciding which brand of bike to buy I checked out Quickly Cycles, liked what I saw, and the fact they were selling Velotric was one of the reasons I have bought both a Gomad and a Fold 1 Plus - I wanted to know I could get service if I needed it. Both bikes have been fun but I recently had a flat back tire on the Gomad and brought the bike in and it was fixed in about 30 minutes ($55). They also took the time to show me a feature I had missed (The USBC under the controls - I knew about the one on the Gomad display but the control one is a 5 amp for better charging of the phone and it's on both bike models) and helped trouble shoot a charger issue I've had. Fast, friendly, knowledgable, and reasonably price service.”

“I was so pleased to have my electric scooter assembled excellently by the lovely owner/operator of this bicycle cafe. He completed the job well and on time and at a cost less than the quote. I will come back for sure!! It’s nice to know someone who is reliable and honest and so good at what they do!!”
