We were searching for help with a newly purchased condo, sent Nicole our floor plan, told her what our vision was, and within days she sent us well designed computerized models of our space. We scheduled a few Zoom calls, discussed different options, and everything seamlessly fell into place.
Nicole was very professional, kept the project moving forward, otherwise we would still be "shopping" for furniture, and kept us informed as to the status of the order until delivery day. By the way, she even made time to meet us at the condo when the furniture was delivered!

“We have a split king and bought new mattresses from City a couple years ago. They said our adjustable base was still good and we wouldn't be needing a new one. Last week one side stopped working. I called City and they scheduled a service call even though I didn't buy the base from them. Rene showed up and figured it was something simple. He fixed it and he was happy it was a simple fix. $45 service charge and we were good to go. City had a perfect opportunity to make a big deal out of it but did what businesses are supposed to do. Treat the customer honestly and make them happy. Thank you Rene and City Mattress. Great impression!”
