βWe walked in not knowing anything about the sleep number beds. Joanne spent a lot of time with us having us test the mattress and showing us the proper sleep alignment positions and how the bed improves sleep. We never went to another store and are so excited about our purchase.β

Bought a few pieces of wall art and the owner carefully wrapped the pieces and helped me carry them to the car, unlike a bad experience I had the day before with a couple of pieces I purchased from Wilford and Lee, in which the cashiers gave me a hard time and I had to bring my car to the front of the store and block traffic because they couldn't carry it a hundred feet.β
βKathee was a godsend. When I rushed in with zero experience for a mosaic school project she oriented me on what tiles and tools I would need. Very kind and efficient service. Thank you so much!β
βThe furniture brought a much more modern feel to our bedroom without making it look cold or overly trendy. I appreciated that they showed material samples in proper lighting before we finalized the order. That helped avoid color surprises later. I needed a unique part that is usually a special order and takes weeks to arrive. Edgar went above and beyond Γ’β¬β within just a few hours, he located the part in-house and arranged for me to pick it up the same day. I needed to replace the cushions on our Taylor King sofa. I called Taylor King. They informed me that the sofa had just been discontinued, and the fabric was no longer available. The Taylor King representative recommended I go to Alison Craig to see if they could help me with replacement cushions.
When I went into the Alison Craig store, I actually got to meet the owner, Alison. She was wonderful. Even though I did not buy my sofa at Alison Craig, and I was only there to get sofa cushions replaced, Alison treated me like a very important customer. She was so happy to help. She was able to confirm that Taylor King could replicate the original sofa cushion forms. Alison had me work with Kathleen Lewis to find a fabric. Kathleen was great. She found a Taylor King fabric that was so close to my original sofa, that I would need a magnifying glass to see any difference.
Allison kept me informed on expected delivery. I actually got the cushions 4 weeks early.
The cushions are perfect and my 5-year-old sofa looks like brand new!
