Johnston & Murphy is a great men’s clothing and footwear store. The shoes are very good, comfortable, and will last a long time. Reviews note excellent, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service from professional and kind employees at this location. Some customers, however, report terrible and non-existent customer service at this specific store, though this does not diminish the love for the products. The store is excellent for getting an entire outfit, though occasional out-of-stock items are noted.
Excellent customer Service. Not only from associate but they worked in tandem to help me find a nice dress shoe for myself, and they are incredibly comfortable and stylish.
