One thing I really enjoy is the quick check out. There are a lot of stores that I don’t use much because it takes so long to get out. Kmart used to drive me crazy because I would buy stuff and they would have 23 registers and only two or three would be staffed.”
“Had a great experience at Vans today. Not only did we find shoes that we wanted on sale. Found some really cool sunglasses and some socks. All super cheap and really nice. We had the best sales associate. Her name was Daisy. She was super helpful. Did more than she needed to do bent over backwards and could not have been nicer. Overall a fantastic shopping experience. Make sure when you go in ask for Daisy. She will take good care of you.”

“My husband and I went to the Coconut Point location on Labor Day. Excellent experience - incredible helpful team! Clean surroundings and very nicely merchandised and displayed.Despite the business of the store (great sale) we were greeted and asked if we needed help and actually 2 people helped us. Michale and a lovely woman whose name unfortunately I did not get.Since the store was crazy busy (many shoppers all vying for attention and help) so we were pleased with the personal attention we received.The woman was very helpful and went to the storeroom get the sizes we thought were needed to only be whisked away by a bunch of other customers. Quickly Michale stepped in and was so patient and kind helping us to find the right size and perfect shoe to fit our needs. He provided great insight and was diligent by asking questions regarding fit and our specific need. He explained about the benefits of each shoe to us. Interesting enough he taught us about the history of the store and how it is expected to expand throughout Florida. Michale is an excellent ambassador for Fit2Run!We are members of the store rewards program which is another great benefit when we make our purchases.This was an excellent experience and are telling our friends about it !”

“Would definitely have gotten a 5 had the store manager assisted just a bit more. We needed to check a shoe to see if it was in stock for shipping since the outlet store did not have the shoe on the shelf. At checkout, “T” was diligent in her hunt for our size 7 as the computer stated they had one in stock. After a few minutes in the back, she returned with our shoe and saved us the nightmare of shipping.I found out later that all discounts, such as the in-store BOGO, are invalid for “shipping” items and would have cost me full price for each shoe. Thankfully, we didn’t run into this situation - I definitely think the store manager who is working the floor should do more to assist customers instead of saying, “take the shoe up front and see if they can order online for you.”Thank you “T” for your amazing service!”
