“Dear Bobbie Cooper, My Accordian arrived in Ohio in perfect condition. I couldn’t believe how well you protected that precious instrument with layers upon layers of bubble wrap and styrofoam. I often see them helping people who do not know how to navigate a return with Amazon or who are unsure of the procedure to package something that they need to mail. The clerks are always patient and offer help and stay friendly even if customers become unpleasant or rude. This store is great...they can do it all!
