“Vickie and Kevin at The UPS Store in Estero were absolutely outstanding! I came in with a very last-minute, same-day request for a birthday banner and other printing for my boss’s wife’s birthday celebration. They were Johnny-on-the-spot and handled every change I needed with incredible patience and a true “get it done” attitude. Everything turned out beautifully and was completed on time. Their customer service went above and beyond, and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Vickie, Kevin, and this UPS Store location!”

I went to Pak--n-Ship and the person came to my car and he helped me take everything inside.
He re-packed everything and was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!

I was so embarrassed by his behavior but the kind eyes of your employee told me he understood my husband’s frustration. So sweet.”
