“Had to ship a huge parcel back to Amazon. The box arrived ripped and in terrible shape. I scheduled a return, but UPS said that the box was so bad, they couldn't accept it.
I had to take it to a UPS store and state that I needed a box.
I went to Pak--n-Ship and the person came to my car and he helped me take everything inside.
He re-packed everything and was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!
Amazon already processed the refund.

Also have had blue prints and 18x24 color photos printed and it's the best quality and orders are completed quickly.
