I had to take it to a UPS store and state that I needed a box.
I went to Pak--n-Ship and the person came to my car and he helped me take everything inside.
He re-packed everything and was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!

The representative informed me that the delivery would be scheduled for a specific date. Regrettably, the delivery did not occur as anticipated.
