“Vickie and Kevin at The UPS Store in Estero were absolutely outstanding! I came in with a very last-minute, same-day request for a birthday banner and other printing for my boss’s wife’s birthday celebration. They were Johnny-on-the-spot and handled every change I needed with incredible patience and a true “get it done” attitude. Everything turned out beautifully and was completed on time. Their customer service went above and beyond, and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Vickie, Kevin, and this UPS Store location!”

“Had to ship a huge parcel back to Amazon. The box arrived ripped and in terrible shape. I scheduled a return, but UPS said that the box was so bad, they couldn't accept it. I had to take it to a UPS store and state that I needed a box. I went to Pak--n-Ship and the person came to my car and he helped me take everything inside. He re-packed everything and was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Amazon already processed the refund. GREAT STAFF...GREAT SERVICE!”

“My husband is newly dx Alzheimer’s disease. He gets easily frustrated and extremely rude. Your employee was overly kind and patient. It was like he knew my husband wasn’t himself. I was so embarrassed by his behavior but the kind eyes of your employee told me he understood my husband’s frustration. So sweet.”

“The Mondry family owned store is one of the best, in my experience across multiple states, for customer service and ethical conduct. My corporations and I have been their customer since 1998, and my businesses require utmost trust (federal lender and real estate) for me and my clients. This was IMPORTANT as the files they copied and then the overnight deliveries to my wholesalers required their type of unbeatable conduct! Terry Donna (Dona), CEO”
