The Nike Factory Store is a very large and busy store with a pretty good selection that seems to have everything. Customers report good prices and some great deals can be had, with very good buys available. Experiences with staff are mixed, with some noting very professional and friendly service that is fast and helpful, especially with returns, while others mention never once getting good customer service. The store can be packed with a long line, but the wait is often not long. Shopping online for store pickup is described as incredibly easy.
Yes this place has a good selection of shoes but you have to be quick because they fly off the shelves.

Very fast and efficient customer service representatives at the registers. Right before the new school year we had an online return and the line moved swiftly even though the store was packed.
In my opinion, the kids selection is very limited comparing to the website’s wide variety of options.

Best place to find larger sized men's Nikes at a great price.
