“My husband went to an urgent care center early this morning and they called in a prescription. Since it is Sunday, the pharmacy didn't open until 11 AM. I arrived at about 11:15 and found it was very busy. The pharmacy staff made a great effort to find the phoned in prescription order and fill it while I waited. The pharmacist was also able to recommend an over the counter preparation to help with his pain. They really went above and beyond. Thanks to the Pharmacy staff!”
“Visiting USA from U.K. Tooth trouble following a recent Root Canal - an abscess appeared and very sore. Visited Minute Clinic at Estero - so so impressed with the service - a thorough consultation with Angela Furr who prescribed antibiotics and provided me with a clear report and receipt for travel insurance purposes. So so so impressed with the entire service - Angela was so knowledgeable and an absolute credit to your company - please pass on my personal thanks to her - back to enjoying my holiday. I will never worry about being unwell again on our regular visits to Naples.

“The women who work in the pharmacy are absolutely AMAZING! This is the 2nd time I’ve waited for my anxiety meds due to insurance and they always go above and beyond to help me due to me not being able to go without the prescription! Tonight I called at 9:29pm and Delta (who helped me last time) came up with a solution for me with the help of Ereka and by 9:42 they told me to go ahead and come through the drive through for my prescription! Not only did they go above and beyond to help me but the fact that they were about to close and could have just told me they were closing and that I could pick my prescription up tomorrow no they made sure I was able to get it tonight! Absolutely amazing customer service and just so genuinely kind and helpful! These ladies deserve all the praises because it is so rare these days to find great customer service!
