“Last time in, I wanted to buy tennis balls. They had a pallet of new tennis balls available, but they were all the Penn black label, extra duty type, generally used for hard court play. In SWFL almost everyone plays clay, or soft courts. The ball of choice is the Penn red label, regular duty type. Up north, black label is fine since most everyone plays on hard courts. The sports equipment buyers need to be aware of this.”

I have never had an issue with any of the associates or with any of my scripts. I just follow the FDA requirements and CVS procedures and all is good. Finally I have a stress free visit to the pharmacy.”

“I could never thank Michael, the pharmacist at this store, for the years of kindness that he has shown to me as he's watched me go down hill. He explains how to take meds that the doctor's haven't explained.I could never express my gratitude for his kindness and smiles toward me through the many years of the joy of seeing him. No matter how busy he is, which is always, he's greeted this disabled senior with a smile!I fought tooth and nail for him to obtain a 1/2 sub for him like they will for other employees with 2 of the manager's for his kindness, and Publix's was so cheap they wouldn't award him with even a half of a sub sandwich even after calling corporate on his behalf. Michael is a true blessing to this pharmacy, and Publix's shouldn't take him for granted like they apparently do.I love and appreciate you so, Michael! Big hug, Belinda”

“I have been here on many occasions and the staff has always been super helpful. They might not always have the answers on hand but they still get them. Things might not always get done super fast but sometimes I dont see but two workers at a time and often times one. Staffing is still a huge issue because of covid. Don't listen to the large majority of the bad reviews. I have witnessed first hand the extreme rudeness, unfairness, and self entitlement from many of the customers coming to this location. I would say about 90% of the customers that complain are very ignorant and selfish. None of them know what they're talking about. They don't understand the laws or the rules that everyone including the staff have to abide by. Unfortunately the score of this location will remain low due to customer ignorance and impatience. I sure wish things were back like they were when I was a kid.People had some sense in them and didnt think the world revolved around just themselves. For those of you who read this and feel personally attacked, you know who you are. Think twice before treating the CVS staff with such horrid attitudes.”

“I would like to say that this is the best pharmacy I have ever been at, it is very clean, it is Immaculate Actually, I love that they know where all their medication‘s are made, and they are very detailed oriented. I love the fact that they are compassionate, empathetic, sympathetic ~they see you as a person, not just a prescription number. It’s so amazing to me to have such personal care, and I am so grateful for them. I’ve never found a pharmacy that cared so much for me being a human being. I will never go to another pharmacy again as long as I live in this area .”
