βThe owners and the assistants are wonderful here! Iβve been coming here for years and I love the personal touch they give the patients. They are always willing to help me learn about anything without pushing me to buy a product. Alli is phenomenal couldnβt ask for a better assistant to her husband, the pharmacist. Wish there was more people at compound pharmacies like this one! Highly respected in the community and thatβs what matters the most to me!β

βVisited July 15, '26. I needed assistance setting up my Sunpass that was purchased at Publix, no matter what I tried it just didn't like my android phone (or me). Sherie at customer service was amazing--she was able to solve my issue and had me on my way in no time at all. Two thumbs up for Sherie! She's an impressive Publix employee-- knowledgeable, friendly and all-around excellent. This has always been my favorite Publix store.β

βI just had a mango mixed fruit salad from the fresh fruit department. Mango, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry. Every bite of fruit was fresh and sweet. Kudos to whoever made it.β
βMichael and Team from the pick up dept. are amazing !!! They are So efficient. We get fresh produce and soda 10-12 times a week !!! Very big loads !!! He literally gets us in and out in minutes !!! Even when he is busy he communicates when we are up and who would be the team member that would service us during f that stop. Amazing quick service.

βThis is the best compounding pharmacy that I have ever used. They have my compounded t3/t4 medications out and ready for shipping within 24-48 hrs. Never had service that quick. Of course during the initial phone call, your allergies are discussed and the meds are made custom; this process can take some time with other pharmacies, but not for Apothicare 360. Prices are comparable with other pharmacies. The pharmacist and the techs are friendly. Thank you for the great experience!β

βRecently, broke my foot and after I checked out, I realized I forgot something stupid. Manager approached me asked if she could help me in any way, told her what I forgot, not only did she go get it off the aisle for me, But she checked out for me as well .So I could stay sitting. Zoe was above and beyond helpful and Kind.. Thank You... means alot to have compassion in this fast paced world.β

βThe BEST prescription shop you will find In Florida, the Owner is just an Awesome guy, who actually listens to his customers requests, needs/wants . The shop is always super clean and the staff have big smiles on their faces ready to welcome you in. Should a problem arise they are quick to fix it. For people who are insulin dependent well you can purchase fresh and new syringes here with no question asked. Nobody makes you feel less than nor do they judge you. They recently moved to metro parkway, the new location is beautiful, thank you, you truly do make a difference.β

βNicole and the team here are incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure your prescriptions get the full insurance coverage and are always friendly and helpful. I dont care that theyβre closed on the weekend. CVS and Walgreens have become soulless with the worst service imaginable! Nicole understands its all about service! HIGHLY Recommend!β

βI had such a great experience at Promell Pharmacy today! The gentleman at the first desk (Iβm not sure if heβs the owner) was superrrr nice. He greeted us with a big smile and was so patient and sweet the entire time. He even gave us free Advil, which was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made a stressful situation so much easier.
Itβs rare to find people in healthcare who are genuinely kind, but he truly went above and beyond. Promell Pharmacy has definitely earned my trust and appreciation. Highly recommend! ?β

βI recently switched my prescription to Costco because Walgreens changed their policies without letting me know and gave me a very very hard time trying to get just 10 days worth so I didnβt go completely without while trying to switch pharmacies. Costco did not hesitate to fill my remaining 15 day prescription while also searching for the best price whether it was from their membership or my insurance. I noticed the pharmacist at the cashier knew almost everybodyβs name, and ask them how people in their family were doing (by specific names and illness) and Iβve also never been treated with such a respect when picking up my medication. 10/10 recommend this pharmacy.β
βI have had nothing but good exper With Costco pharmacy on Cypress Lake. Staff are efficient and courteous. YThey have been quick to help when something is needed. Our prescriptions are most often $0 or a few dollars at most. .β
βThis is a GREAT Sam's Club, primarily because we can avoid the crowds (seems always are there) by ordering online and picking it up curbside. The crew that does the delivering curbside are ALWAYS in a good mood (even if they are not feeling great), helpful, courteous and wonderful. The people who pick out our products always shop the way we would, picky about produce, meats and mindful of the "best by" dates. We are extremely thankful for this Sam's Club, love most of the Member's Mark products and will continue with Sam's for the duration. Every once in awhile, we shop inside to see if there are any changes, but usually, we stick to what we know, all tried and true products. I do wish Sam's Club would bring back their Member's Mark BBQ Chips; they were the best anywhere and far better than Lay's or any of the commercial brands. But, I will not hold it against them.β

βThe pharmacy here inside the Publix Market always comes through for me. My doctor send the Rx electronically to this pharmacy and it has been ready for me by the time I arrive at the counter. The pharmacy folks are warm and friendly as well. The store this pharmacy is located in was remodeled in recent years and has kept its new and modern look. Most importantly, it is a very clean environment inside and out. The folks that work here seem to enjoy what they do, which also makes a difference.β
