βCarl in the deli / sub station tonight provided great customer service that Iβve had at a sub station in a Publix. He was prompt and friendly. We visited another Publix up the road where the lady at the sub station was extremely unexpectedly rude to us when we asked to order subs so we came here to this location where we had a complete turn around on the customer service where we happily were served with a smile.β
βPrices cannot be beat! Staff helpful. Used for years and have NEVER heard of or had any card skimming events. Sometimes the lines are long, but generally move quickly.β

βThis is my local Publix, that I shop at often. IMO Publix is a little expensive, so I try to get their Buy 1 get 1 deals as much as I can. They have better quality food than, for example Walmart, and it is MUCH cleaner, which is a plus! One thing I would change though, is the deli! It is not bad or anything, but their subs used to be WAYYYY BETTER! IDK if I am getting new people when I go in or what, but some of the workers definitely need to be trained better, as they don't seem to know what they're doing. The last few subs I have ordered, hardly had anything on them, and they did not toast them or anything! Kinda a bummer! Growing up we all used to get excited to get our Pub Subs, and they were always HUGE and packed so full you could barely close them, but now it is comparable to Subway? I hope they fix that sooner, rather than later!β

βThis is the best compounding pharmacy that I have ever used. They have my compounded t3/t4 medications out and ready for shipping within 24-48 hrs. Never had service that quick. Of course during the initial phone call, your allergies are discussed and the meds are made custom; this process can take some time with other pharmacies, but not for Apothicare 360. Prices are comparable with other pharmacies. The pharmacist and the techs are friendly. Thank you for the great experience!β
βGreat people very understanding and kind they make no judgments they just help you like a good pharmacy should now that I've been to this one I would rather not go to any other pharmacy.. The people are very Nice and if you have any questions they are glad to answer them plenty of parking handicap accessible if you've never been there it is worth a try for sureβ
βThis is my go to Publix. Self check out is a major plus. The store is clean and the potato wedges and chicken tender subs are always consistently delicious. $5 sushi Wednesdayβs is a plus in all Publixβs as well.β

βThe BEST prescription shop you will find In Florida, the Owner is just an Awesome guy, who actually listens to his customers requests, needs/wants . The shop is always super clean and the staff have big smiles on their faces ready to welcome you in. Should a problem arise they are quick to fix it. For people who are insulin dependent well you can purchase fresh and new syringes here with no question asked. Nobody makes you feel less than nor do they judge you. They recently moved to metro parkway, the new location is beautiful, thank you, you truly do make a difference.β

βI have been using Revive for over 7 yrs! You truly need to move away from the big box pharmacies and see how wonderful a concierge relationship can look like! The pharmacy is so serine and no standing in long lines! The best is the owner!! She is truly amazing and bends over backwards to help you.β
βI used them for Semiglutide for awhile. I enquired about the availability of BPC-157 and TB-500 peptides but after a few emails from me to them they finally said they don't offer them.β

βWe had to get antibiotics for my son when he got an ear infection during our vacation. The owner helped me. He was so kind and really helped boost my mood during an otherwise stressful/hard day. He was quick to fill the prescriptions and make sure I understood how to administer them. What an absolute pleasure!β
βThe location of this cvs is ideal as it is tucked in a quiet corner with adequate parking space and accessible from more than one highway while not being on the actual highway. The employees are always friendly and helpful.β
βThis is a GREAT Sam's Club, primarily because we can avoid the crowds (seems always are there) by ordering online and picking it up curbside. The crew that does the delivering curbside are ALWAYS in a good mood (even if they are not feeling great), helpful, courteous and wonderful. The people who pick out our products always shop the way we would, picky about produce, meats and mindful of the "best by" dates. We are extremely thankful for this Sam's Club, love most of the Member's Mark products and will continue with Sam's for the duration. Every once in awhile, we shop inside to see if there are any changes, but usually, we stick to what we know, all tried and true products. I do wish Sam's Club would bring back their Member's Mark BBQ Chips; they were the best anywhere and far better than Lay's or any of the commercial brands. But, I will not hold it against them.β

βI having been using Rx To Go since 6/22 for a speciality cancer drug. I have always had outstanding service. Timely with keeping track and notifying me when my prescription needs to be refilled.Since it the beginning of the year my insurer needed information from my oncologist as to why I needed this drug. My insurer gave me and Rx To Go the runaway for a week despite me telling them I needed the refill by Sat or I will run out of my drug by Sunday of a long weekend.Each staff member I spoke to at Rx To Go tried to get my insurer to approve the drug that had been approving last year. They escalated my problem within their company and those individuals tried their best to get my insurer to fill the prescription. I much appreciated everyone's efforts.One particular employee Lance was so helpful. Although phone calls are picked up by different employees I was lucky to have spoken to Lance several times which helped me to not relive my story over and over again.The drug was finally approved and I got Lance again on my last phone call who arranged to get the medicine to me tomorrow so I wouldn't go without it. I think Lance was as relieved as I was.Thank you to Lance and again all the employees who handle this problem.β

I was helped by Izzy and she took the extra step to make sure I had the medication that I needed right away after I said it was an emergency she also used a discount code that made my prescription close to nothing when I said I didn't have insurance I'm so thankful for this young ladyβ

With discounts for Medications that either arenβt covered, or have very expensive Co-Pays. All in All while today most Pharmacies and Pharmacists are Rude and Judgmental and just all around Malignant. The people here are not judgmental and are caring and helpful and professional. I wish all Pharmacies and even all Publix Pharmacies were like this, although Publix does tend to have the best staff and the kindest people. This Publix Pharmacy at SouthPointe Commons is really the best.β
