I had been dealing with a chain pharmacy for months and then out of nowhere they tell me they are out of stock on two of my prescriptions. I called so many pharmacies and got told the same thing. “We cannot thank the pros at Carrell Pharmacy enough for all of their patience, help & kickass customer service skills.We waited over two weeks for an inhaler with one of the larger chain pharmacies telling us every day that it would be in “tomorrow”.I finally started calling around and Carrell Pharmacy said they have it. Larger aisles, knowledgeable staff, the butcher gave me a tutorial on grades of filets . Totally awesome. More items, and staff that was actually involved in assisting customers. Can't believe this a Publix store. Maybe the managers are more involved, but something causes this place to run differently. I guess I'm driving further if I want to shop at Publix.”

“This Publix is very close to my house, this is my favorite bakery as far as Publix goes. My only complaint is the meat/sub department. During season, I give a 10 minute grace period for quoted times for mobile orders and it ALWAYS ends up being even further behind. I don't know if this is a system error or if there are just so many people ordering in person that mobile orders get pushed to the side, but there's no point in doing a mobile order if you are waiting around and extra 25 min for it, like today.”

I MISS YOU GUYS!!!
