PRR delivered as promised and is a local small business owner who cares. Computer issues are tested, determined and address quickly and professionally. Payment is refused and honesty is very highly recommend PRR. Knowledge of any software or hardware is through and very reasonable. All fans worked and the business is refreshing. Most of us have experienced gremlins one time or another. PRR give the right guidence.

My fans stopped once because hadn't used my computer in a while. Brought it in, tested it, determined fans worked, he refused payment. REFUSED PAYMENT, would highly recommend for honesty.
