No staff attending the locked dressing rooms. I asked the solo male cashier if my item that i wanted to purchase was returnable since I couldn't try it on. He confirmed that I could return the item. I told him that he seems to be the only person working in the store. As I was leaving there were 4 female staff chatting and laughing by the sunglasses. I was tempted to ask for a manager.

I purchased a pair of Givenchy shades and they were unable to sell me a pair of glass with a case/ box( which we found out 40mins later) I agreed to purchase without a box with a 10% discount, after I was told yes I sign up for our emails. After doing so I was told sorry the 10% doesn't apply to your purchase.

Naomi provides great customer service. She was very friendly and super helpful. Also the front store person, lady dresses in white Tshirt, allows me to come just right before the store closed so I can pay. Great service!

Awful mens selection. They use to have high end brands like Versace and Feragamo, not anymore. Cheap looking Marshall's accessories like belts and wallets. No impressed. I also had to ask one of the associates if she worked there because she didn't ask if I needed help finding anything.

My husband gifted one of a kind, the only one in the world a custom ring “estate bumblebee” ring to celebrate our Long lasting love and union.

One of their smaller footprint stores. Neat and tidy but not much to fill the racks and shelves. Looked like they are closing for good.

I stopped in to jewelry dept and Julie took her time and patience to show me all the treasures ( Gold and Diamonds) . Julie is a true gem for the store.
