The three female employees at the check out seemed bothered that were there to purchase shoes. Two were on the phone and initially ignored us when we came up to pay. Then they were all drinking coffee instead of helping the customers. The store itself was pretty well stocked and clean.

I was in the ft Myers location and Chris waited on me , he was wonderful and very patient with me as I have bad feet and he showed me the best match for me ! I purchased a pair of sneakers and sandals and love them both! Thank you Chris and Gia great customer service!
