“Decent thrift store, but they don’t sort their clothes by size, so it’s all mixed up. I wanted to rate it even lower because of that, but decided to be nice.”

“Lovely shop with 3 bays filled with goodies. The owner is very kind and helpful. I found a few things that will look great in our home. The place is filled with art, lighting and accessories. This is a place that you will want to stop by frequently to see what's new and find something unique for your home.”
“I can’t say enough good things about Hope’s Heart Thrift Store! Not only do they have a fantastic selection of items at great prices, but the owner is truly an amazing person. You can tell they care deeply about this community and are always finding ways to help those in need. It’s more than just a shop; it’s a pillar of our neighborhood. Support this business—you won’t regret it!”
“This shop is beautiful! I went there with my sister and cousin while on vacation and we each bought something that spoke to us. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We met the manager, James, and assistant manager, Odette, and they are both very passionate about this shop , and I love that it supports several local charities.”
“My husband & I are very greatful and certainly Blessed that we were able to purchase a rollator at St John’s XX111 thrift store! The place was clean, inviting & well- stocked along with a VERY helpful staff!!AJ & Charlie Winterhalter”
“Really nice artwork, upcycled and original. Found a gift for a friend's birthday, and a salt fired pottery animal from a local artist that I am using as a book end.”
“Beautiful things, fair prices.Be aware there is a 3% charge for credit cards - the sign disclosing it at the register is hidden behind some accessories on the counter and is difficult to read, given the coloring and text. The store also won't accept cash for purchases over $500, leaving you no choice but to pay with a card and incur an extra charge.I understand the need for small business to charge a credit card fee, but then they should also offer the ability to pay cash and avoid the fee.Just something to be aware of if you choose to shop here.”
“Very impressed with the shop. I have been to many thrift stores before and this one trumps them all. Well organized, properly managed, and the atmosphere is just so bubbly and welcoming. Samantha the one up front has a passion for her job you can tell. I will return to find some gems in the near future! Thank you hope4kids you guys are a god send for all you do!”

“I have been shopping here for 20 years and am very proud of the Lions Club and their newly renovated and well-organized Thrift Store. They always have many new items and types of items.
Many regular shoppers come frequently and most leave with wonderful “finds”.
come and join us at the Bonita Springs Thrift Store.”
“Kiwanis Club Thrift Shop Ft. Myers Beach 5-30-25
Stopped by to nose around to see what they had in stock. This store was clean and neatly laid out. There were many more items in this store than I thought. They had just about everything packed inside you could imagine. I did think prices were just a tad higher than other thrift stores we visited in the area. People were friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. If you’re looking for a thrift store to visit, give this one a try for sure. I bet they have just what you’re looking for. I give this store a 4 out of 5 stars.

“Always a pleasure stopping by. Milton is such a pleasure to be around and everyone else under his supervision shows they are happy to be working. Amazing business ran and I love the urge to help others, it shows how much they truly care.”
“I love this place Pam and all the staff are amazing. I browse here at least two to four times a week. The inventory is always changing but the smiles are guaranteed!”
“This is a great thrift store with upscale offerings. I have bought some really nice European men's shirts, good linens, a Calphalon saucepan, books and other items. I missed out on a really nice set of patio furniture, but I hesitated and it was gone the next day. The volunteers are all very helpful and friendly, the store is very clean and the prices are fair. They have an entire room dedicated to holiday decorations. They also have a great selection of furniture,, dishes, clothing and household items.”

“Love shopping at this location. Very nice people, especially Aurora. She was very helpful when I moved down here. She was genuine. Great pieces, prices and always new merchandise coming in.”
“This was our first time here, the staff here were very kind and helpful. To our surprise it was 50% off and we were able to get a nice tv stand along with a patio furniture set. They had so many trinkets and many other things. I really wish I got all the names of the staff. Linda was amazing and to the lady who gave my son a free toy car, THANK YOU! You guys are amazing!”

“I was pleasantly surprised at this beautifully well stocked consignment store. Mostly all designer. Great pocketbook section. Very well priced. I think you'll be happy you went.”
“Large selection from clothing, furniture, and housewares! The furniture is a little bit of an older style so it didn't fit what I was looking for, but there was such a large selection to look through. Store was kept tidy and the staff was very friendly. If you're in the area, definitely pop by!”
“cute stuff, getting a little pricey like the rest of the thrift stores in the area but for a good cause. is it me or have the donated goods stores prices gone too high? might as well buy new at these prices.”
“I love this store! Bought some lights for my bathrooms in perfect condition for 1/4 of what they would be new. So many great bargains and some beautiful things here.”

“One of the cleanest GW's ever! Lots of new items kind of highly priced tho.. it was a nice visit and shopping experience.. bought 4 pairs of shorts, and lots of stuff for the grand kids.. very nice place, worth the perusal..”
“very nice people, the young girl that works up front (callie i believe) is such a sweetheart and very helpful, the prices are good and they have sales on everything unlike the other thrift next door that sells designer bags for twice the price and never puts them on sale! this shop was much better!! happy when i see a thrift that puts selling the donated goods as fast as possible to fund and help those in need. will definitely be back.”
“I had the most incredible time shopping today. There was this wonderful lady who works there and her name is April. She is outstanding and did a wonderful job helping me. She helped my daughter find school clothes for the summer. This lady is truly an angel and needs a raise. Because of her I will continue loving to shop at the goodwill

“This has a great variety of items in a large clean store. Very well displayed. The Chicos rack had clothes that were over 10 yrs old or more and $10 for a light blue t shirt. Regular t Shirts were $5 and tanks $4. DME is plentiful but didn't price. They did have 2 old items I could use that would be for scrapbooking and they were $1 each but that was the only items (Xyron refill for x and paper taker box) Old wooden stamps at $5!!! Punches $4!! We're not good priced. Nice staff and clean.”
“Very small thrift store with a not very large selection. Some clothing, some housewares. It's a bit organized. I do want to point out that the folks working here were friendly enough and apologetic that they did not have what I was looking to purchase.”

“It's sad how customers seem to forget that when you buy stuff here- it goes towards helping people less fortunate. Sooo the higher the prices, the more help goes to those in NEED.
So stop complaining and be grateful YOU are able to go shopping. ?”
“My my my, I'm Daniel, was visiting from Mississippi the other Day. I went in and was blown away from the entire store. Everything has its place .. As I rounded the corner I was met by a beautiful upright piano. I try to play a little bit, but I only play by ear. The two ladies there made me feel so welcome. They were just ooo and aaahing over me playing the piano. They have something for everyone in that store yawl. It's clean, beautiful and organized... Just like the two ladies... Thanks ladies.. I'll be back to see yawl soon. ?
Its nice to feel warm and welcomed.”

“Special sales on the holidays are an opportunity to stretch your budget. People were standing in line with cartloads. I was happy to find a couple items to help at the office.”
“You have to go there often. You can find awesome deals. Prices have huge swings. Sometimes they price a used item two three or four times higher than brand new identical item at Walmart. Crazy ! But, rarely you can find a gem for really cheap. Overall cool place to walk around and search for a collectible or furniture or cloths and stuff.”
“Chris is an absolute joy! What a wonderful addition to the awesome staff! Cheryl is just lovely. I'll shop here bc the people are friendly, capable and happy! Such a neat store too!”
