“Had a sidewall puncture, I was able to plug it however a new tire was required. I submitted the info along with an appointment online. Received a call at 7:30am the day of my apportionment and was told the tire is not in stock and would need to be ordered and would be in later that day. They called as soon as they received it and offered to change it out immediately or the next day, whichever I preferred, I opted for the next day. Dropped off in the AM, ran some errands and received a call that all was set and I could pick up! Great communication and service, both have been long forgotten by most, not at this location though! I will use them again when the time comes for new tires”
