“I needed a rear wiper blade. When greeted at the door, I asked where the wiper blades were. She said isle 3, then asked for my vehicle info, and said I needed a 16” blade. She walked with me telling this is the best, this one has the best value, etc. I purchased the best, then goes to my car and installs it, throwing the old wiper and the packaging away for me. Frankly, I don’t know of any way she could have made my experience more positive. Yeah, AutoZone just became my new auto parts store.”

“I needed a headlight replaced on my 2015 Ford Explorer, toyed with doing it myself but I got a little nervous, read online that Oreillys does simple headlamp installation when you buy the part with them. I walked in and Steven was so helpful, came right out to make sure it was easy enough for them to do, explained the process and helped me pick out the right light and popped it right in. I wish they had the ability to tip on card for simple services like that because I really appreciated it. Thanks again Steven!”

“I came in for an online pickup order I placed for wiper blades. Joe R. was so helpful the moment I entered the store. My order wasn’t picked yet as it was only received by them 5 minutes prior. But he picked it right away and cashed me out. I did not even have the chance to ask him to install them for me because he offered immediately. Super friendly employee that anyone would be lucky to have. Will come to this location again over others in the area!”

“They rebuilt my rear-ended 2002 Pontiac Firehawk. This is after 3 other shops said they would fix it but then backed out and failed their commitment with me. I should of come here first because of the wonderful job they did and I'm glad the other 3 shops failed. The parts were difficult to come by since there were no new OEM body parts available. Baystreet Paint and Body will be my first choice for all my future auto work.
