“They were absolutely amazing with people and me also needing a new phone I went to two more Metro stores before I went to this one location and all the other ones all lied to me and they told me I had to change my plan in order to get a new phone and one of the people at a Metro even offered to repair my phone but this was not to do anything with Metro and the young lady that helped me got so sick the day that I was there and I felt so bad for her cuz I could see it in her eyes she was in pain but she stayed there through the pain and she got me a new phone and everything was beautiful and the young man that came in to relieve her because she had to go to the hospital I understand the young lady had to go to the hospital, that's just how much pain she was in and the young man that came there to help her out. He also was a stand-up gentleman and help me learn how to work my phone and they helped so many other people and again I hope the young lady is doing really really good this location was the best and then I met another lady the following day that had a really really long braided hair and she too help me out a bunch to understand my phone so if you're going to get a phone go to this particular store very very great people stay out of the Lady lake Metro store and also the Metro store in fruitland Park these people all lied try to sell me a whole new plan that would have made me go up 20 more dollars a month they should be ashamed mind you I live on a fixed income and they didn't care but the location in eustis these are stand up people, THANK YOU SO MUCH”

“I can't ever thank Jonathan enough! Xfinity locked up my phone causing me to be on the phone with them for 68 hours. I went in and told Jonathan my problem, he said for 30 or 35 a month I can have service and he can fix the phone so that I can keep my number contacts and everything. He DID! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM and Cricket in Eustis! Now even my puppy is Happy. Scarecrow”
