He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the options I had for phones that I could use internationally and set up my new phone for me, complete with global roaming.
He also is very personable with customers. As I waited for changes to take place with my service, I saw him interact with several other customers. It was clear that he had built a relationship with a couple of regulars who were there to pay their bills.
I drove farther to this store based on Vince's pleasant outgoing voicemail message after I called the store nearest me and the young woman I spoke with hung up without even saying goodbye after I thanked her and said goodbye.”

I was very disappointed. I was about to leave a very unhappy customer. Long story short, Italy went above and beyond to pull me back in and make sure I was a very happy customer. “For about 3 days after my phone was stolen, I was still having issues activating my new phone’s eSIM after transferring the number to T-Mobile and countless calls. The security would not let me proceed without a one-time passcode to the phone number that I needed to activate. The passcode was sending to a phone number that wasn’t liked to any phone; it was a whole mess!!! After being told to run around to different locations, we showed up to this one, and Chase hunkered down and got our issue resolved! It was also brought to our attention that other T-Mobile stores like the one at Lady Lake which told us they couldn’t fix it and turned us away could have done the same process, but Chase was the only one willing to take the time to actually help us out!”
