“I've been really happy with this storage facility. It's always clean, there are plenty of carts available, and I really like that there are security cameras throughout the property and multiple entrances, which makes it easy to get in and out no matter where my unit is.
The office staff has been wonderful every time I've needed anything. They're friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. One day it was extremely hot while I was unloading my unit, and they actually came out to check on me to make sure I was okay and even offered me water. That kind of customer service is hard to find.
I also love being able to use automatic payments and having my invoices emailed to me. It makes everything easy to keep track of.
Overall, I've had a great experience here. Anytime I've had a question or needed help, the staff has been there for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed place to store their belongings.”
“This company has been so kind! The owners are extremely polite and helpful! They offer rates that don’t lure you in with a deal and then trap you with sky rocketing prices after the first month or two like the other big companies I called! ! It’s a regular rate from month one on! I’ve used other facilities that trick you to get in and then know you won’t move your stuff out because it’s a lot of work and you end up paying more! I now have 2 units with them and love how safe and secure my stuff is! I have an inside unit and an outside unit. The place is surrounded by cameras and I learned recently that the gate won’t open even with your code after 9pm which makes me feel a little better about people trying to get in over night! I saw some guy mention bad payment options but it only takes a minute for me to call and make my payment over the phone super quick and easy. 🤷🏻♀ They also offered me to do auto pay but I usually just call or pay in person. He sounds mad because he is irresponsible and lost his stuff! People pay their phone bill and rent every month, I don’t see why he can’t remember to pay his storage. lol Anyway I recommend AAA Mini Storage 👏🤩👏”

“Awesome storage spot! 24 hour electronic gated access with security cameras. Covered and uncovered spaces available. Very friendly and professional manager/owner who responds quickly to calls. Not even 5 minutes from the Lake Eustis public boat ramp!”
