“The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. It’s a little further away from my house but my other place went up way too much plus they dropped the alarms on each unit. Lakeside doesn’t have the alarm system on every unit but they are more secure than the other place. I’ve told a couple of my friends about Lakeside and recommend them.”

“I wanted to follow up with another review of this storage facility since we just finished our contract. My son and his college friends rented space at this facility three months ago for summer storage while they returned home for summer break. We were very pleased with our move in experience back in May. This past weekend they moved their belongings out of the facility and back to their college apartments. I highly recommend this storage facility. It was clean, had AC, was conveniently located to Beacon College campus and was safe. The owner, Raghu, was easy to reach and went above and beyond with accommodating us when we needed additional move out time. Our experience with him, from initial contact to completing the storage contract, went smoothly and we would not hesitate to use this facility again. I highly recommend this facility, especially for Beacon College families who are looking for a storage facility close to campus and an owner who is accommodating and easy to reach.”

Jamie is also outstanding and fantastic to work with and she even remembered me from our last rental which was almost 3 years ago. “Storage PUP has been super all the time we have stored our 5th wheel trailer here. The site is gated and very secure and we never worried about any one tampering with our RV. Robin has always been super and usually greeted us to see where we traveled to this time. We still have Site # 12 for our new RV and will continue to use your facilities.”

“I needed to store my 37ft Fifth Wheel Camper for 6 weeks. I found CubeSmart on Google and made a reservation online. It was easy and quick to make the reservation. The next day, I received a call from Debbie. She wanted to confirm the booking dates and space. As I have never stored an RV before, I had a lot of questions for Debbie. She was very polite and accommodating and provided detailed answers while easing my mind about the concerns I had. Upon arrival at the facility a few days later, Debbie was on duty and knew who I was when I entered the office. I assume she noticed my very large camper and n the driveway and put it together. She greeted me outside the office with a huge smile and genuine “How do you do?”. then offered to walk me to the site to confirm that my fifth wheel would fit. At the site, I was concerned because the spot was against a wall that had a fire hydrant adjacent to it. I knew it would not allow me enough room to maneuver and unhitch my camper. Debbie immediately suggested we use spot 2 which was located in an area that would allow ease of access. She has been a pleasure to interact with every time. I highly recommend CubeSmart for any and all of your storage needs. Hopefully you will also hav to opportunity to work with someone like Debbie. I found her to be pleasant, competent, and efficient at her job. Thanks Debbie. It’s been wonderful dealing with you.”
